This is a very clean older camper.  I have owned it for two years but due to life changes I am selling and moving to a truck slide in camper.

The rear kitchen provides for a very spacious kitchen living room and dining area.

The tires are better than load range E and will stand up for years to come.
It has a rubber roof and has not leaked.
Batteries were put in 06/2018.
The bed is very comfortable as is the fold out couch.

Everything works.  It has vented air conditioning and is good and cold. Water heater is electric and gas. Fridge works very well.  Comes with two flat screen TVs.
It has a very large awning that is in good shape.
As seen on the spec sheet it has a very large 96 gallon fresh water tank.
Two grey water tanks and of course a black water tank.
