Located at Spring Gulch campground in New Holland PA. Excellent spacious extra-wide premier site location on a “corner” lot with paved road, gravel lot, water, sewer, electrical and cable (water, sewer and cable included. Electrical runs about $10/month). Site is 3min walk from the upper pool and jacuzzi.  Campsite has two pools, one jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court, miniature golf, baseball field, horseshoe pits, trails and more (see their website). The cost this year for the premier site was $5,290. Season runs from mid March to November 1 but accessible off-season.

Included: Furnishings, appliances. TVs, dishes, tools, pots, pans, blankets, sheets, propane tanks, lawn chairs, tent gazebo and fire pit. Campsite provides the picnic table.

Little League Travel Team and hockey camps have killed the camping season! Also willing to sell EZ Go golf cart with new batteries, and grill for a great ready to move-in deal (optional).

You can:  1. purchase and remove now and pay pro-rata portion of the season, 2. assume pro-rata portion of annual campsite fee and move in  for remainder of season or 3.
