Porch awning has a patch that was there when we made the purchase. We have not had any leaks or water damage what so ever.

Extended warrenty with Cornerstone RV has 36 months/50k miles left that is transferable. We are the second owner, purchased 2018 with 6571 miles and have used it every 4-6 weeks consistently. It still has the original tires.  Gets 8.5-9 mpg with the cruise control set at 65. We are only selling because we want to upgrade to a Class A that we can live in for months at a time.
