Great layout for family with trifold full-sized bed in living room and twin sized loft towards the back of the living room(you can watch TV from up there!). Bar stool seating and galley style kitchen with separate full- size pantry door. Pendant lighting above kitchen countertop is rare find in this model year. Central vacuum.

Toyhauler layout is typical with massive  drop-down bunk and additional sleeping on bottom drop down bunk that makes into a dining area. Full screen door to the large porch with railings. 10-FT. depth in the hauler section. Washer and dryer hookups.

The interior is clean with no wear and tear. Exterior is in good condition with upgraded frameless windows and lots of lower screens for great ventilation! Boondocking would be a breeze in this trailer.

I generally spend about 1K a year maintaining this Fifth Wheel a now that benefit is all yours. New 65 Watt converter installed two weeks ago with full wash. 

Having just looked at many used fifth wheels and having just bought another Keystone fifth wheel, I can see the value in this layout and functionality. If you are in the market for a Toyhauler that will fit into most State Parks and shows well, this it probably it.
