The 50th Anniversary is coming up next year!

We bought a RV Lot that we wanted for a long time.  But to buy the RV lot with we HAD to buy this trailer.  The previous owner told us it was worth $5000 but we had to buy it.   So now that we have put an additional $4,000 into it we just want to sell it it "as is"

Partially restored 28' Avion LaGrange located in the Kansas City area.    New 15k btu ac, 2 new roof vents, new upholstered sofa, new tires, new batteries, new converter, and new VCT flooring.  Lots of potential!  Trailer pulls great (better than our 5th wheel).  Avion has had a lot of love the past several months but it is time for it to move on to the next level of restoration. My wife and I have other projects that we must start in May. 

So what does it need?  We think a new stove would look great and maybe an upgraded fridge.  The previous owner removed two cabinet doors above the fridge and installed a microwave.  I found the doors hidden in the trailer so those can be replaced.  Speaking of the cabinets, they look pretty nice for a 49 year old trailer.  The trailer needs a new awning system.  The plumbing and electrical is not fully operational. 

For being almost 50 years old, it is pretty sweet vintage trailer.  (Coca Cola lamp in pictures is not for sale).
