No Major Issues.

Minor Issues: Tear in awning fabric, no cruise control, minor wear and tear with age, small power steering fluid leak (fitting in bottom of powersteering , can see it, just never replaced it because didn't see it as a big issue, i've always just carried power steering fluid,) Check ABS light comes on when driving but i have had this tested by mechanic and it is just a sensor issue, the ABS is great! Last, but not least, there was a small leak in the moonlight above the shower.  I have fixed the leak, but you can see a water mark where the leak was.  (It is completely dry, however you can see where it was if you're looking for it.)

Description: We purchased it back in 2016. The floor plan is extremely spacious and great for all kinds of activities. The RV technically sleeps 8, but we would say 7 comfortably. The leather couch let’s down into a bed sleeping two people. The kitchen dinette also folds down and creates a bed. In our experience, generally only one person can sleep here comfortably. There are also two bunk beds and a full queen sized bed in the back with plenty of space to walk around it.  This RV has tons of storage compartments, huge closet space, multiple drawers, multiple cabinets and even storage under the bedroom bed.  The bathroom has a nice sink, toilet, and stand in shower. There is a small towel closet and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen has a convection microwave oven as well as a stove top with 4 burners. The living room area is amazing. It has two TVs that are wired with surround sound. The RV also has a built in vacuum!  The generator is an Onan 7000. Plenty of power to run anything and everything. I recently replaced the fuel filter and carburetor inside the generator. It runs great.  The Tires are in great shape. They have approximately 2000 miles on them.  The two roof (house) A/C units were replaced in December 2018.  Recently had a new power cord and inverter installed.  The Rig has less than 50,000 miles on it
