This unit is very clean, great condition. Everything works. Has electric & gas water heating, full corner bath, tv, CD, dvd, radio w/ inside & outside speakers. Manual awning (1 smaller arm broke during a wind storm but still works), separate refrigerator & freezer that works on electric & propane, 2 full 20 lbs. propane tanks, dinette set that sleeps 2, a lot of closet space. Trailer will include sway bars, pots & pans, electric heater (to save on gas), electric 10 qt pressure cooker. Ceiling a/c was replace with new unit in 2018. Separate thermostat beater. Easy to pull and can be pull with most mid sized SUV's. No leaks, no mold. 4 manual stabilizers. Tires & battery 2 years old.
