Description
This RV is in better shape than when it left the factory floor. I have had the cheap seals replaced with better ones and had the crappy roof seals professionally redone to prevent leaks and reduce maintenance. I replaced many of the drawer mechanisms with better ones (the stock versions were a mess). The RV comes fully ready to go with all the necessary and desirable accessories (a big supply of black and grey water hoses for a long run to a receptacle with a huge supply of fittings, a metal luggage rack that fits on the rear of the RV, trailer stabilizer bars for towing, and a 300 gallon above ground sewage tank for long term parking). Also included is a 400 dollar power regulator (top of the line) so you never have to worry about plugging up to shore power and blowing anything out. I have 2 50 amp cables (80 feet combined) and one 30 amp cable. I also have a 50 - 30 amp reducer and a 30 - 15 amp reducer. The mattress has been upgraded (very expensive one). The RV has 2 AC units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. It has the arctic 4 season package and the peace of mind package. The door has a code entry lock so you don't need to use a key (another aftermarket upgrade). Check out more stock photos of this unit here:

This particular trailer was purchased last year by a professional RV appraiser who had used it for a few months. He had the connections to buy it straight from the manufacturer so the trailer never sat out on a lot for any time (some RVs will sit for a 6 months or longer in the sun and weather waiting to get to a dealership). The unit comes with a full size washer and dryer. The dryer has been custom configured by the previous owner to maximize venting. The dryer is actually capable of drying in one cycle. I would have never thought of this when I was originally looking for an RV. RV dryers are normally inefficient and take 2-3 cycles to dry cloths properly.
This model has 4 chairs and a dining room table (as opposed to the booth seating). Because the trailer is in just about the same condition as a new one on the lot, I am going to link to the grand design website for pictures. The trailer is located in Grants Pass, OR and I am selling the whole package for 40,000.
I will take cryptocurrency or cash for payment. Financing is available.
