I pull it with a half-ton 4x4 1500 Silverado pickup without a problem. I bought it to save on Gas. It has more living space than sleeping space, more for retirement. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master bedroom has a Queen Serta Sleeper Mattress. There is a pull-out Twin air mattress in living room, has never been used. Comes with electronic pump to fill Mattress. GVW is 9,595 LBS, Dry wt is 7220 lbs. Length is 31 ft and 2 ", Ht of camper is 146 inches without air conditioner. Fresh water tank holds 43 gallons, Gray Water 76 gallons, and Black water holds 38 gallons. Air Conditioner is 13,500 BTU's-keeps it very cool. 3 electric slide outs, ceiling fan, Electronic Stabilizer jacks front and back. Electronic Awning, Tv antenna, two working TVs with brackets for hanging. One is a pop up out of the writing desk. AM/ FM stereo CD player with surround sound. Two rocking recliner chairs, Two Lp tanks, CO2 sensor smoke alarm, Electric/ Lp Water Heater. Electric Fridge/ Lp, Microwave, Stove. Day/Night shades, Table/4 chairs with storage under seat. This Camper has lots of storage space especially in the bedroom. Tires have 500 miles on them. New Battery this year. Last spring all slides were lubricated and roof was checked. Everything in good working condition as of last fall. Selling because I really don't have time to Justify having it right now.  Very nice camper .
