2019 Winnebago 2201DS is in perfect condition, it comes with a factory Winnebago cover and a 750 watt power inverter outlet in the nightstand to make ac power for a CPAP machine when a generator is not allowed or power is not available.  The trailer has all the options, the water heater works with electric or gas or both for high demand.  The black water tank has an outside fitting for power flushing the tank.  The trailer weighs just under 5000 pounds so it can be towed with almost any small truck or SUV, I towed it with a V6 Honda Ridgeline and it was fine, but a full size truck with a V8 is definitely a better choice for extended trips.  The flat screen tv/entertainment center has CD/DVD, AM/FM, Bluetooth USB and outside speakers.   The power awning works perfectly and has LED lights.  This floor plan has a large bathroom and shower, there is a power vent in the roof and translucent opening window for added ventilation and natural light.  The main area has a queen size bed with an upgraded tempurpedic type mattress.  I added stainless steel screens to all the exterior vents, such as the furnace, water heater and refrigerator vents, this keeps the mud wasps and small rodents for getting access to the interior.  The pictures shows a Hensley Towing System, but I will be removing it and replacing it with a standard Reese type hitch with load equalizer bars.  The trailer was either covered or stored inside when it was not being used.  Selling for health reasons.
