This is a 2016 Rockwood Mini lite with bunkhouse.  Perfect for a family!  We bought this unit new, ordered from Forest River to our specifications. Due to summer sports we unfortunately have only used the camper maybe 4 times for weekend trips.  The camper is stored winters in a heated warehouse, washed and waxed both in the fall and spring.  The indoor and outdoor showers have never been used, neither has the air conditioner, stove or grill.  The grill is actually still in the packaging.  The camper is spotless and in brand new condition.  This is a perfect unit for a SUV, Crossover or Pickup.  Plenty of storage for a weekend or several week getaway.  Works on propane, batteries or 110VAC.
