Powered awning with attachable sun screen. Toppers on both slides. Sun screen for back window, and bra for front end storage.  Upgraded queen mattress that provides extreme comfort, and Flexsteel recliners.  Two Fantastic fans in this trailer, and a small Samsung flatscreen television in the bedroom. Television pictured in living room not going with trailer.

Decals are fading and cracking, and there is damage to the front storage compartment door and trim. Also, two of the window blinds are needing to be replced.
