I bought my scamp for $12,500 and being a professional builder remodeler I decided to put together my personal high quality Scamp.

I added in a bathroom with a stand up or sit down shower (Kohler faucet) Laveo dry flush toilet, double mirror frameless medicine cabinet, 25 gallons fresh water tank and 15 gallons grey tank. In order to balance the weight I added a marble tile floor. Vinyl on the inside of the bathroom dividing wall and rice paper on the outside. 

The kitchen has an additional 12v/gas fridge. 
The bays under the bed house 4 Duracell gold 12v marine batteries and the inverter and converter with remote control; with a push of a button the 110 volt turns on. 
The Tri star remote monitor makes keeping track of the battery levels easy and with the tri star 60amp controller the batteries are always kept at an optimum level. 400 watts in total; 2 mono and two poly panels give plenty of stackable power for your energy needs.
 
I replaced the linoleum floor with bamboo and made curtains to match the tan interior. 
As is now the weight is 2,000. lbs. The weight can be reduced easily by removing the marble and adding linoleum tiles in the bathroom. The tile is good for balancing the weight with the 4 large batteries in the back (when water tanks are empty). 

My scamp came from the factory with a gas furnace, air conditioner, screen door and awning. 
My lifestyle changed and I am not able to finish or use my Scamp. I spent almost $9000 in materials choosing the best quality I could. It will take about a week to finish and an additional $1,000 in materials.

This is a perfect finish and resell project or for a couple looking to get a little distance. 
I have over $21,000 in this but because it’s not finished I’m asking $14,400. This is an awesome deal and I need to sell it.
