This trailer has been in use for three years by an elderly couple and cared for like their child. No one has ever smoked inside; neither has there been a pet inside. Two trips to Arizona comprise the bulk of its travel.

Besides the standard Whitehawk features, this unit includes a “Customer Value” package. Items in this option consist of a kitchen skylight, Corian kitchen countertop, two 30# propane tanks, extra insulation (Four Seasons) and more. 

A Steadyfast Stabilizer system was installed to minimize motion while the trailer is parked. On the roof a Maxxair vent cover was added over the Fantastic fan. A Reese Dual Cam HP sway control and hitch is included. This system permits backing up without removing the spring bars and keeps the trailer rock steady during towing.

A Furrion rear view camera projects a continuous image to a monitor in the towing vehicle. The camera’s power is controlled by a switch in the trailer’s control panel.

There has never been a roof leak. There are no dents in the exterior. The interior is absolutely clean. All appliances work. No repairs of any kind are needed. All vinyl coverings have been regularly conditioned with a vinyl spray.

The slide mechanism has been regularly maintained with an application of lubricant. Even the wheels have been professionally aligned.

Storage space is ample under the queen size bed, in two large compartments accessible from outside, and under the dining bench seats.

The two lounge chairs recline and are surprisingly comfortable.

All manuals, a folding table and a gas grill (never used) are included.
