This is a two owner coach which has never been smoked in nor have any pets traveled in it! It has been kept in an indoor storage facility which is heated so I have never had to winterize it nor put any type chemicals in the water system. The satellite is an in-motion system which was replaced approximatly 1 year ago. The tires are in excellent shape, they wer replace approximatly 1 year ago and have hardly any miles on them. I keep it stored on its jacks so the tires don't form flat spots and it is run regularly.
