Description

yes this is for sale still until the ad is pulled. 1996 Gulf Stream Gulfstream Sun Voyager 34ft in very good condition. I moved it to just past the fire station 6 miles south on Black Lake Blvd or I may have it 2 miles from there at my house. Please do not ask the owners of the property questions as I appreciate having it there. Call me and I can meet you in 5 min normally to open it.
What do you look for first in a RV? Have the owner shoot photos of the battery compartment. Tells a lot of the care the owner had for his RV. Then ask for many photos of the compartments below, look for rust and cleanliness. Been outdoors or undercover all its life? Look at their property it was shot on to be nice. Tells you how they care for their other toys. LOOK FOR RUST!
I've owned this Gulf Stream for probably 4 years and is the 2nd one I've owned, but found my retirement 42ft Gulf Stream diesel pusher now so this one needs a new home. I store it always under cover. Runs beautiful with 45,675 miles on a 460 Ford gas engine. Everything works perfectly as does everything I buy and own. What makes this one rare is the side hallway and tag axle for nice stability and hauls more weight. Prior owner put air bag shock supports on this too. No leaks except for a couple decades ago, great tires, body has no dents, Needs nothing to camp.
I have boon docked 95% of the time I have owned this. Generator purrs. 3500 lb hitch, 1 slide out, 2 air conditioners, fridge is gas and electric, microwave and stove work great. Replaced the Audio system is excellent and connected to tv's for concerts or movies.
I added
New flip face JVC stereo with GPS $200, New color back up camera and dash screen $600, New speakers $300, removed the kitchen table and added euro couch (I eat a hour a day, but RnR many more hours so the table was worthless to me vs TV trays), new batteries $300 chassis and $200 Coach, 2 flat screen WIFI tv's, inverters, outdoor Strip LED lights, all 12vt lights are now LED's, $500 heater core, complete 4 stage battery charging system to maximize battery charging and battery life $300.
What could it use? Cracked bedroom mirror, tighten 1 squeaky belt, wiring to front two fans is disconnected.
Been a great motor home, but retirement will be the USA pulling a 6 to 8k lbs in my new cargo trailer so needed a diesel pusher, otherwise I would never sell this one as $70,000 for a diesel pusher is a lot more than mine here.
Drive by and call me to come show it. Bruce Phone number is on take away sheets by the door
