Pampered and gently used, this 2016 Charleston is ready for your next adventure. It's been stored indoors since delivery, in a climate controlled facility. With 6,800 miles, it looks like new inside. The Charleston, built by Forest River has features that rival more luxurious coaches. Annual chassis maintenance and recall services have been performed by the Freightliner dealer in Elkhart. All factory linens and pillows were removed and stored in vacuum sealed bags when we took delivery, so they are unused.

Some of the wonderful features of this coach include an electric fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, wall safe, porcelean tile floors, instant hot water, residential refridgerator, chest freezer, keyless entry and a 10kva generator. For sleeping, the rear bedroom has a king size bed (sleep number adjutable), two bunk sIt across from the bathroom and the large sofa opens to a queen size bed. There are three TVs inside, connected to a video sharing system as well as a tv and entertainment system outside. The coach rides on a Freightliner chassis, with a 450hp Catepilar engine and a tag axle that improves stability, handling, braking and driver comfort going down the road.

With four slides, the front living area opens to a large room with sofa (fold out bed), dinette and love seat all arranged around two tvs and a fireplace. The Bose subwoofer and sound bar provide improve the TV experience. The kitchen features dual basin sink, residential fidge, microwave, dishwasher and induction cooktop. For easy cleaning, a dirt devil vacuum system is built in.

The two bunks can be used for sleeping, or are also ideal for dog crates. The top bunk can also be raised out of the way to use the entire space as a hanging clothes closet. The bathroom has a corner shower, sink, wall vanity and ceramic toilet.

The rear bedroom has the king size bed, chest of drawers, 32" inch tv and a cedar lined hanging closet with wall safe.

The intelligent electric system adjusts to 50 / 30 / 20 amp shore power, charging the 4 house batteries and two chassis batteries. The power system can auto start the generator when batteries get low. The two chassis batteries were replaced in September 2019. The 100 gallon fuel tank provides excellent range between stops.

Three rooftop Air Conditioners / Heat Pumps provide climate control and there is also two LP powered furnaces for colder weather. Tank heaters keep the water tank from freezing.
