This RV is Super Clean.  I have owned this motorhome for 11 or 12 years and I have always stored it in a covered and locked storage unit.  No smoking! No pets!  It has one slide on the drivers side that has the couch and dinette. The slide-out also houses the lower bins that slide out too to make access much easier.  The couch folds out to a bed, jackknife sofa-bed.  The dinette also folds down to a bed. 

It has Ceiling-ducted air conditioning, very cold.  The master bed tilts up with storage under.  There is a tv connection in the bedroom that is connected to a tv controller in the front where you can watch the same thing that is on the front tv or something different, dvd, VHS, or cable.  The motorhome uses 30 amp service and has a cable tv connection in the utility cabinet outside, along with exterior shower. 

I actually own an auto repair shop which makes it very easy for me to maintain the motorhome.  The body has a few minor scratches as normal wear that you might expect, but over all very, very nice.  It has 6 new tires!  Also has Recent brakes front and rear with new brake fluid.  Super Clean!  Transmission has been serviced on schedule as well as the coolant system.  Cold AC on the Ford E-450 chassis as well as the unit on the coach. 

6.8L V-10, 306 horsepower, 130 amp alternator, dual airbags, 4 wheel ABS. Recent (2) coach batteries and (1) engine battery.  Maintained oil changes on engine and generator.  Onan Micro-quiet 4,000 watt generator with 408 hours.  41 gallon fresh water tank, 38 gallon gray water tank, and a 35 gallon black tank.  18 gallon lp tank. 55 gallon fuel tank.  219" wheelbase. Full size spare tire. Bottle jack.
