I bought this new last spring and only ended up using it once.  Our camping & retirement plans have changed and I'm going to let it go.   The trailer box is very solid, with independent pivot axles and large off road tires including a rear spare.  It comes with a rear swing-out kitchen prep box, sink, water reservior and pump.  Power includes a newer 100 A-hr AGM battery, and fold-out solar panel.  It  came new with a number of options that will be included (portable loo, solar panel, maxx trax knock-offs, hand shower, extra set of wheel bearings).    

The tent is IMO very well made, with heavier than normal canvas.  I think its 12 or 14 oz.  Setting up the main living area can be done alone but two is much better.  A small step ladder makes it better yet.  The outside awning and enclosure definitely require two people.  That takes a little more time to get up but once its done the setup is very nice.  The outer enclosure includes a waterproof floor that velcros to the bottom of the walls. 

Queen size mattress that is pretty stiff; i have a memoryfoam topper that will go with it.
