Great Trailer for camping or living in. I purchased this trailer for my daughter to live in but due to extenduating circumstances she does not qualify to stay in any park. So it is up for sale. A couple of things before you go out and see used trailers. There are lots of people that all they do is scam people,trust me I must have looked at 20 all the way past Upland to Lancaster. I encourage you to at least check others out and you will find out that they won't show you if everything works or if it has real clean title. When I purchased it,it was the cleanest and a very trustworthy seller. However since purchasing the trailer I have done the following maintence and upgrades. Three new tires including the spare,New Batteries,New Battery covers,New propane tanks,New propane tank cover,New fuse panel with everything functioning correctly,New Curtins,New Blinds,New TV,New Toilet,New Shower door,New led lights thoughout,New Queen Size mattress and some other incidentales. The fridge is ice cold,three burner stove with oven,tub with shower,bunkbeds and tons of storage. After you've seen a few then take a look at mine,it's ready to go. No Checks Cash only please. I can hold the trailer for two days with a $500.00 deposit
