This has been a great starter camper for us, we really enjoyed it. It will come with a grill that was never used.  Queen and full beds with heated mattresses.  It has a 15,000 BTU AC, and also a winch to raise and lower.  Makes setting up a lot easier and faster as well.  We are only selling because we’ve decided to get something bigger.  It’s been garaged kept since new.
