2017 Newmar Bay Star Class A Gas. It in excellent condition with the exeption of the rear passenger side fiberglass I miss calculated a column while parking and damaged the rear corner of the rear driver's side easily fixable I am working on getting it repaired its only a fiberglass issue not a car accident or anything of such. See the pictures for detail & speck.

The RV is Located in Florida.  Its the perfect size class A RV I think any bigger you cannot fit into many campsites and the best feature in driving this the 3124 Newmar fits into two parallel parking spaces with plenty of rear room to fit your bicycle rack in the back, this is a great feature when traveling and looking for a place to park. 
Newmar is known for the full driver side slide-out a great feature and super stable and solid workmanship that opens up the whole coach an additional approx 2". 
1. The roof has a walkable deck that is easily accessible for routine maintanence.

13. Front Windshield electric operated privacy shade. all front cabin has privacy shade to protect from the sun and night privacy.
14. King Size bed even when the slide is in it "does not fold" and is still accessible if you need to sleep while traveling and cannot open the slides.

15. There is plenty of storage to mention nonetheless a nice feature is the storage underneath the dinette 2 large drawers.
14. outside storage has lighting and plenty of room, doors are nice and heavy with good quality latching system
15. another great feature from Newmar is the bathroom door it has an interesting opening door hardware to give you access to the bathroom without opening the sliders.
16. I love the shower, plenty of space for elbow room round glass doors.
