This is a great RV for a small family. It has oversized full size bunks (2) for the kids and a private queen bedroom for the parents. The slide out gives extra space in the living area. This is one of the few layouts in this size with the tv across from the couch instead of at the end of the room. Ample storage inside and underneath for anything you need to bring. Everything in the pictures is included. The awning has a tear at one end from a storm but I have a brand new, better quality  awning I haven’t installed yet. Very clean unit, only used about 5 times locally, a trip to Galveston and 2 trips to St. Louis in the time we’ve owned it. We installed a pool last summer so we’ll be spending more time during camping season at home. Come and see it!
