Very nice Camper, we are selling for the fact that I have changed careers and no longer have the time for the Camper! Whoever gets this Camper will be happy to know that it comes with many many added accesories! This Camper has a self leveling system that makes setting up a breeze! Enjoy the Fireplace while watching your favorite movie with surround sound speakers throughout the Camper even outside, yes it has outside speakers and also a mount for a tv outside under the awning! Enjoy the Queen sized bed and Lots of storage space! Nice Kitchen with Home Style Fridge! We also installed Slide Toppers that cover the Top of the slides to protect the slides from leaves and debris and snow from accumulateing on top of the slides! This camper has been set up for solar panels, everything is installed in order to have solar except the panels, we chose to wait due to the difference in the quality of panels on the market so we just never did get them, however the control panel has been installed and there's nothing else to do except plug the new panels into the existing system! Also the Camper comes equipped with an awesome internet system called "TOGO" that's currently under contract with AT&T until October 2020! That service would just be transferred to the new owners! We also purchased a package called "EcoRVPro" that seals the inside and outside of the Camper to help maintain its beauty for easy care! We have also purchased a Warranty that can come with the Camper or without for a Discounted price towards the Camper! We also have all of the physical accessories Necessary for maintaining the Black and Gray Tanks, which includes the accordion type stand for the hoses, black tank water hose and connectors, potable water hose with connectors! Camper comes with a Generator also! Many more items that I just can't think of at the moment that can be seen during a showing! We are NON SMOKERS! And Never had pets in the Camper! Very clean like new condition! We love the floor plan and the way it flows! Haven't seen many with the type of floor plan this Camper has! You can also have a peace of mind while inside your camper or away with the installed 4 security cameras that works directly off of the TOGO internet system, where you can observe your camper from your phone no matter where you are!
