One owner used only a couple times a year. This has every option available for this year, it was a dealer show model. It has brand new 14 ply Sailun tires and an axle alignment. I had an electrical problem so I started replacing stuff - new relay transfer switch box, new inverter, only to find out it was a loose wire nut in a junction box, so all that is brand new. It has new carpet in the back garage and I replaced the batteries about 2 years ago. This has been well maintained and cared for. A couple of small things to know - It has a small tear in one of the couch seats and the pleather on one of the headrests is starting to peel. I took it to an RV dealer that had a large automatic wash and they used a strong chemical during the wash process that stripped some of the wax off the gel coat, it just needs a good wax.
