Second owner. purchased from a retired couple that trade every 4 years. purchased to stay in on weekends while building a new home. It has been inside for 2 years since i purchased it. Only used bed, a/c and frig. We have a seperate bathroom to shower and eat out. water system was wineterized when purchased and put in building. has 3 power slide outs, power awning and power 5th wheel jack controlled manually or by remote. has laundry hook up and wired for front a/c although front kept cool and would not see a need for it. every thing works as it should. no tears, scratches or stains inside.
