Very few hours on the generator (I think it has about 17 hours), two deep cycle quality batteries.  
It has a pump station as well (has two has tanks, 30 gallons each)
Has 156 gallon fresh water tank and separate kitchen waste water tank in addition to black and gray water tanks.

I would consider delivering the unit within a few hours of drive from Phx or Flagstaff. Very reasonably priced for quick sale. New ones are priced around $100K plus tax and fees.
