I am the original owner. We travel with two adults, no children, no pets, and no smoking. The unit is well maintained and is in excellent condition. All factory equipment is in good working order. The roof has been maintained religiously with washing and treating 2 to 3 times per year and re-caulked as neccessary. I have installed a 10 speed MaxAir Fan in the bath for extra ventillation. The unit has auto leveling, an electric fireplace/heater, an outside gas bbq grill, 8 cu. ft. propane/electric refrigerator, three burner stove and oven and a microwave. There is plenty of cabinet space inside with additional storage under the bed. The storage bin underneath is large and holds enough gear for extended trips.
The only two items which may need to be addressed are the following. The stadium seating in the living area has started to peel. Evidently this is a problem in the rv industry. We have had head and arm rest covers made to cover the affected areas. The second problem is with the sweeps on the two large slideouts in the living area. According to a Forest River/Primetime rep this isn't uncommon as they used the wrong material for the sweep and they tear off. With that said the main seals are fine and we have lived with the missing sweeps for 3 years with no problems.
We purchased this unit new and have enjoyed it over the past six years with very few problems. We decided we wanted to upgrade to a larger unit about two years ago. However, because we were so pleased with this unit it has taken us until now to decide on a replacement. It's in great shape and ready to hit the road.
