We bought for my Mom in June and she only stayed 2 weeks and went back to Iowa. Everything is pristine.camper is just like brand new. Has heated and massage recliners, fireplace, stereo system, 2 slides, outdoor kitchen never used, stove never used, built in TV, washer/dryer hookups. It's beautiful and loaded. Bought stabilizer hitch to go with it for $600. Propane tanks full. Paid $1600 for the extra spray on warranty. It is beautiful and ready for someone to enjoy. We are firm on price as we owe more than what we are selling for, but we have a clear title in hand ready to go.
