This RV is in brand new condition. Most miles are from the factory and one trip across country. The inside and outside are in imacculate condition. Any breaking in items have been done and taken care of. It gets excellent gas mileage and provides a smooth driving experience. It feels like driving a van and fits in a regular parking spot. It sleeps six and dines six with the extra table that goes between the two cab seats that can be rotated around. We added an extra smart tv in the back bed area so that two different movies can be on in the coach at the same time.
