This is basically a brand new unit with a transferable 5 year warranty. My wife and I have used it "one time" to go to Yellowstone, my wife feels its to big for our needs.  This is a geat toy hauler with a 15 ft. garage, one that is big enough for I think all side by sides. This thing is amazing and beautiful.  I think that it has every option known to man for a fifth wheel toy hauler.  We paid 78000.00 for this and we are going to knock almost 10000.00 off of that price, 68500.00
