The advantage of this Rockwood Signature is that it is a quality unit with most of the features of its larger cousins, and it pulls like a dream. Weighing in at less than 10,000 lbs, any 3/4 ton, and many 1/2 ton trucks can handle it easily. This also pays off in the fact that the less weight you pull with your tow vehicle, the easier and more economical it is to operate.
That's important when you are running cross country or on a long haul to or from your next adventure.

The interior/exterior combination of design makes this a great option with the Front Living Room, it's terrific.

Since we bought it new, we have maintained it extremely well. New Goodyear Marathon E-rated tires were just installed recently, even though the originals were still well within wear limitations. These tires are far superior to the original equipment.  

With all the options installed, the only additions that we have made is to add rubber traction stair treads to the outdoor stairway, and carpeted the interior stairs as well. Neither were options, but should have been.
Everything is working well and maintained like new. We would welcome a pre-inspection to verify that fact.
