This is a 2019 K-Z Connect trailer I purchased in October 2019 for a trip for $23000 plus sales tax.  I used it once and decided glamping really wasn't for me.  This is a really nice trailer though with some nice features.  Starting on the outside, there is an outdoor kitchen, full power awning with LEDs, manual jacks, drop down carry all rack on back with spare tire above, rear camera, power slide out, outdoor shower, power front jack, 2-20# propane tanks, cable lock for bbqs, bikes, etc while stationary, storage trhough the front end, extra wide and heavy duty steps, hook ups for solar, satellite or cable tv, and the EXTENDED SEASON insulation on the underside. 
Inside there is a rear couch that unfolds into a bed, full kitchen counter, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, sink faucet with sprayer, cabinet storage and a side storage, a dining room table in the slide out (unfold into a bed) , flat screen, built in sound system, built in over the air tv antenna in living room and bedroom, fireplace that will heat the entire trailer, ducted air conditioning and furnace (ceiling and floor respectively), LED lights throughout, full bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet, 6 gallon water heater gas and electric,bedroom has queen size bed mattress and foam topper with bedding, flat screen tv, under bed storage and bedside hanging closets, two doors(one to bathroom and one to the entrance.  I'm probably forgetting something but there's a lot!  A really nice trailer with 4 days of use on it.  The outdoor kitchen and grill still has the original wrapping on it. 
NADA says it's worth $25K which is ridiculous.  It is worth what I'm asking though.
