Like new, only used twice.  Setup for weight distributing hitch that I will provide with the sale.  Large living area slide that encompasses dinette and sofa to create a very spacious central area.  Ducted A/C, power owning, power slide, power tongue jack, spare tire, rear shower, pantry, gas cook top, stainless fridge, microwave/venthood combo.  Rear bunkhouse has 3 bunks and a small dinette that coverts to a fourth bunk.  Great for the kids!
