Right at retail with no fees and taxes!!!

This is a GREAT couples coach!!!  We have thoroughly enjoyed our Rockwood Mini-Lite 2503S and are sure you will too!  She has been lovingly cared for and has never spent a night out in the weather unless we were inside toasty and warm or calm and cool depending on the season! Two doors welcome you in and both screen doors have been reinforced with push bars to make exit easier.  A Murphy bed makes use of every square foot of space and when not in use serves as a sofa for lounging, bedside tables are on each side of the bed and serve as end tables when the bed is up. There are also closets on either side of the bed/sofa.  The mattress is quite comfortable and includes a 3 inch memory foam topper and it is heated!

The kitchen is contained in the slide and this creates tremendous counter space!  Included here are a microwave and fully functioning gas stove and oven (NEVER USED!) and a double sink.  More than adequate storage is found here with overhead cabinets, a small pantry to the left and drawers and a cabinet underneath.  Also included in the slide is a large wardrobe that doubles as a closet and a food pantry.  Wire shelving was added to the closet side and pull out shelves were added to the pantry side.   

Opposite the slide is a large u-shaped dinette that converts into a sleeping area if needed. Overhead cabinets are plentiful above the dinette and provide plenty of storage for whatever you need.  The television is wall mounted above the dinette and was upgraded to a 32" insignia.  A sound bar and AM/FM, CD, BLU-RAY system complete the entertainment accessories.  

The bathroom is spectacular and not found in a coach this size anywhere else.  It is the full width of the camper and includes a glass enclosed shower with sky light, a Dometic toilet, and sink.  Plenty of storage in this with a wardrobe and linen closet plus a large medicine cabinet and undersink storage.

You will be cool during the summer with a fully ceiling ducted 15,000 BTU air conditioner and warm during the winter with a gas furnace.   The dual thermostat was upgraded from analog to digital to make temperature control easier and more accurate.
