Clean rear bunk travel trailer:

• Non smoking family
• Working electric trailer brakes
• Refrigerator, Microwave, A/C, Power Slide, water pump, power awning, and water heater all in good working order.
• Has been winterized during both winters - no leaks anywhere
• Tires in good shape, have been sitting on 2 x 8's during the winter months.

• Additional shelving installed in both the pantry and cabinet above sink. (See pic)

• Thermostatically controlled Wall heater installed under dinnette seating - connects to 20A spare outlet at site for additional heating in colder months. (its very quiet and maintains 70f in the trailer to be about 40f outside) - No worrying about carrying spare heaters and tripping breakers - See pics

• Paper Towel holders in both the inside and outside kitchen
• Removal of outside camp stove and install of a pull out shelf which holds the outdoor grill or small blackstone - see pics
