This is a one owner unit that we purchased new in August of 2017.  It has never been smoked in and always taken care of.  I would always hand wash it before and after every trip.  It would also get waxed in the begining middle and end of every season.  It has some tasteful add ons such as propane tank cover, vent cover, upgraded outdoor speakers and a ladder for the bunks.  I will sell this unit ready to camp with blue ox hitch, water hoses, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, and any misc. items included.  I am just looking to get payoff out of it which is $15,900.
