32 ft, 2018 Gulf Stream B Touring Cruiser, Model 5316 on a 2017 Ford E450 chassis with a 6.8L V10, gasoline engine. Less than 10,500 miles. NADA lists 2018 5316s with this equipment for $83,644 as "low retail".

Two non-smoking adults, with no pets or children on board, made a five-month tour of the West. First grandchild just arrived. We're back to work. Staying home.

Class B+. Like a Class C only no bed looming over the cab. Better views of the mountains and sky. Class A's have great views, but no airbags. This B+ has sky views and airbags.

4kW Onan (Cummins) generator oil has been changed per break-in schedule. Runtime under 75 hours. Runs quietly. Starts easily. Uses gasoline from the main fuel tank.

Includes Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar with 6,000 lb, 2" hitch, two coiled safety cables, Diode 7 to 6-wire Flexo-coil wiring kit, C-links and removable arms for tow vehicle. Over $1,000 value.

Powerful V10 averaged between 9 to 10 mpg towing from sea level to over 7,000 feet & back. Used Cruise Control most of the time and Tow/Haul (reduces shift frequency and uses quiet engine braking) all the time.

This comfortable home on wheels has been tested in the cold of the Sierras and the heat of the desert. It was good living at each extreme. No problems or leaks. A great deal on a great unit.
