There is a separate entrance, a queen bed, a leather couch and removable table, a TV, and a powder room bathroom. A never used carpet liner is included for the garage. There are washer dryer hookups as well. 
Opposite the garage, the master bedroom features a walk around queen bed with memory foam mattress topper, tv, night stand storage on each side of the bed and plenty of mirrored closet space with drawers. 
The generator has approximately 30 hours of use, practically brand new. For safety and ease, this unit has hydraulic leveling jacks with stabilizer buckets when it is parked and exceptional underbelly storage. Included are a 15 ft 50 amp cord, adapter cord, and sewer hoses.
