• This camper will come with everything you could want to begin your glamping adventures. Also included is the complete packet of paperwork that came with the RV (instruction books, warranty information, product serial numbers). Splendide washer dryer combo unit (ventless), towel bar in bathroom which will accommodate 5 towels, Wifi booster antennae, all hoses and sewer support, 50 amp electrical cord and surge protector, outdoor rug, blocks, chocks, awning screen extender, reflectix window insulation, two large capacity propane tanks, heated hose, heat tape, tire changing ramp, and 50 pint Frigidaire dehumidifier. 

Several customizations were made to the camper as follows: Custom real wood triple bunks in mid bunkhouse (mattresses included), complete with hidden ladder to keep younger children safe and added storage solutions. Convenient door in stairs for cats to access litter box, eliminating litter odor and debris from home. Storage cubicle added to master bedroom for additional clothing capacity.   Some minor cosmetic blemishes include: torn linoleum near door (easily covered with provided rug), small dent in fridge from bikes bumping in transit, small repaired scratch in fiberglass from a too-tight turn, and repairable pulls in reclining couch.

Camper is currently being stored in Winterville, GA, just outside Athens, but we are looking in to moving it to Rome, GA soon.
