Still smells like it's brand new, only used for 3 months and towed 1500 miles total. 40 ft, 4 Slides. Gas range, confection/microwave, drawer type dishwasher and very large residential refrigerator. Beige theater type recliners across from 50inch TV. Adjacent beige sofa sleeper. Large pantry and laundry closet. Very comfortable sleep number bed with nice size bedroom television and DVD player.  Full awnings and nose skirt for storage. Nice outdoor TV in factory door. Exterior paint is excellent. Rear camera and easy to tow. Hitch on rear to tow up to 5,000 pounds. Nice bath with large shower. All solid surface counters and sinks. Light tile type flooring and carpet. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. 2 very efficient air conditioners.  Very well insulated with 3 1/4 inch walls and frameless windowed. MOR rude suspension with an air bag hitch. Truck tires on trailer with independent suspension. ALSO - Extended warranty purchased at Sunshine R V, Lake Havasu City,AZ. Has never left Arizona, air conditioners worked great in the summer. All fiberglass roof and extra insulation makes it perfect for leaving on site during the summer. I will consider delivering it for mileage in Arizona.
