My wife and I are selling our 2017 Rockwood 2780WS.  It's an awesome trailer.  You can take it anywhere as its only 31' long and 7500lbs empty and just at 9000lbs loaded.  

We just replaced all four tires in Aug 2019.  We are the only owners of the trailer.  We bought the unit brand new from 007RV outside of Danville VA.  

We have two kids ages 5 and 3 who just love spending time in their bunks.  Having the one large slide out in the main living area really opens everything up.  Having the large storage area under the bunks along with the basement storage in the front really gives you a lot of space.

We have never cooked in the trailer.  We do all of our cooking outside.  We are not smokers and do not own pets.  It has just been us and our two children in the trailer. 

We take very good care of the trailer; it gets washed and cleaned after every trip.
