Excellent condition.  I am the 2nd owner.  I bought it in 2017 with 28k miles.  I do not smoke.  6 new tires in 2019.


UPGRADES

Cabinets
Added adjustable height shelves to most cabinets to nearly double cabinet space (shelf fronts are taller than shelf to prevent items from falling out when opening door)
Added non-slip shelf liner to cabinets, shelves and drawers

Bathroom
Replaced original bathroom vanity faucet (that was too close to the back of the sink) with a long stem single handle faucet
Installed shower caddy & tension towel rod
Installed slide out Reflectix panel under shower skylight to reduce heat from sunshine

Appliances
Replaced non-adjustable fridge thermostat with adjustable thermistor so fridge temperature can be adjusted
Installed Camco hot water hybrid heat kit on water heater so it can be powered by electric to conserve propane while at RV parks

Other
Added curtain track & blackout curtains to separate cab from living area
Added custom fit Reflectix for cab side windows

Chassis
Added SumoSprings rear suspension enhancements (airless, non-adjustable, maintenance free) to improve overall driver control & ride comfort

Exterior
Installed two 12V LED lights in exterior storage area under bed
Added covers to all three roof vents so vents can be open during rain
Added insect screens to refrigerator vent
Changed locks on all four exterior storage doors from CH751 since almost all RVs have this key (all four locks are matched & use the same key)

All upgrades are professionally installed.


The space under all 4 dinette seats is completely empty & available for storage (fresh water tank is under fridge & furnace is under stove).  All of the dinette seats have seatbelts.

The bed mattress space measures 56” x 81”.
