Update for the week of 5/25- RV is under contract! New tires and maintenance done! 2017 Dynamax Isata 3 24RW. Mercedes diesel RV, with tow package. Two slides make this RV easy to drive and spacious when camping. This model has a booth dinette slide, which can be converted to a couch. Driver and passenger seats swivel for extra seating. There are two 32" TV's, one behind passenger seat, one in the bedroom. Bedroom TV easily moved outdoors, where everything is rigged for tailgating (TV hookups, outdoor speakers, cable, outlets, awning and LED lighting). Kitchen has large sink, 3 burner range, overhead convection oven/microwave combo, 2 handle frig and storage everywhere makes using this space homey. The bed is in rear slide offering walk around queen bed and additional storage over bed in additional to warerobe. Shower is larger than competitors as my 6'5" husband can attest. Bath has corner shower, variable flush toilet, vanity above sink, plus floor to ceiling wall storage. 
Solar panels, coach batteries (2), inverter offers doon docking options. A/C, electric heat and propane furnace, AM/FM/DVD/CD, naviagation, ashwood cabinets, black out shades, rear camera, electric awning with LED lighting, full body paint, generator, refrigerator automatically switches between propane/electric based on available power, stabilization jacks, leather seating, sprinter chassis, tow package, much more. 
Mileage - 39,000 miles
All maintenance has been completed as factory recommended (including 40k maintenance), on time and by authorized dealers.
Generator - 95 hours used, oil has been changed and generator has been used at recommended times.
