Great 5th Wheel !!!  This RV has a ton of room in it to accomodate up to 7 people.  It has 4 slides that create very spacious living spaces.  Unfortunately, it has spent most of its life at the beach campgrounds, thus the under carriage has a lot of rust on it.  I was going to try to get some of the rust off myself, but decided that can be someone's project.hence the reason for the reduced pricing.  Still smells new on the inside, very little wear.  Great private sleeping area with doors in one of the slides.  Beds are King, Queen, Double, and Loft area (great for kids).  All systems are working.  A/C Units blow cold air.  Floor Heat using propane.  Residential Fridge.  All tires are new.  The manufacture tires from Heartland were terrible and all but one had a blow out.  Replaced them all with Load E truck tires, which tow great and provide some piece of mind.  All in all it is a great 5th Wheel RV. The dealership that we had some recent repairs done to it said that they would sell it for $33K and offered $25K for it on consignment, but I needed to get some of the rust off first.  Please call if you would like to schedule an appointment to come see it.  As of 2/1/202.the RV is still available.
