Very clean and in great condition, camped in a few times per year but time to make room in the driveway. Has fold out bunk, and aftermarket upgrades including a microwave and custom drawers installed in the caibinets.  Also comes with an extra external Barker 10 gallon external gray tank on wheels that can come in handy at the campsites and a battery tender for keeping the battery charged during storage.  For those not familiar with this brand, they contain no wood to rot.  Excellent value, light weight and can be towed with even a small SUV with dry weight only 1890#.
