For sale is our 2016 Shasta Phoenix 31BH.  The fifth wheel trailer is JUST under 32 foot long and sleeps 10 adults (4 full size beds and a queen master).  The trailer was purchased new and the chassis has approximately 3400 miles on it.  It has been being used as a seasonal camper for the last three years.  The trailer has been professionally cleaned and maintained since purchase.  There are three slides (master bedroom, super slide in living room, kitchen) which offer a large amount of living space.  There is a rear bunk room that has storage and two full size beds.  There is a sleeper sofa and convertible dining table in the living room.  There is an outdoor kitchen area that consists of a small fridge and sink.  All LED lighting inside and out.  Has ground control 3.0.  Water filtration.
