Bought this 24' Toy Hauler brand new and have only used it for 2-3 weekends.  It's in great condition!  I made several upgrades when I initially purchased it including rear pull down screen door, floor safe, powered bathroom vent, thick mattress. I'm including the stabalizer hitch and other accessories.  It has the powered bed in the rear.  We never used the toilet!  We stayed at a nice park.   It can easly sleep 4 and room for 6.  2 in queen bed, 2 on convertible couches that flip into beds, and floor space below the queen bed for 2 more cots.  If you want a very nice near new toy hauler at a used price then this one should be on your list.   Heat and AC are ducted and work.  Fridge works off electric or propane.  We never had an atv or other all terrain toy in it!  Rear door height is 70 3/4".  Get in touch if you'd like more info.
