Currently sleeps 4 ( 2 in queen bedroom and 2 on dinette). Onan 4000 generator. Two wardrobes plus 6 storage drawers and two overhead cabinets in bedroom as well as underbed storage. Sofabed has been removed and replaced with two free-standing recliners, but sofabed is available to buyer to reinstall if desired for additional sleeping area. Two flatscreen Vizio TVs - one in living area and one in bedroom. There is also a receptacle and cable tv connection in patio side outer compartment for outdoor tv use (3rd tv not included). Brand new ShadePro exterior sunscreens on windshield and front side windows. Unit has tire pressure monitoring system and a spare tire. House batteries were replaced in 2018. Between the driver’s and passenger’s seats, it has optional center console that folds out into additional dining table. Both front seats swivel. This is a great motorhome, everything works. Only wear is to driver’s seat back where it wore against inside of slide while driving (driver is tall and needs seat all the way back), some small punctures in driver seat from drivers phone clip (see braddandhall.com for replacement Flexsteel seat cover), and tear in vinyl flooring from when I failed to sweep the floor before bringing in the slide and a piece of gravel got stuck under the slide roller (I have never forgotten to sweep since…). When parked, we place the trash can over the damage and don’t even know it’s there! Currently in Casa Grande, AZ till 4/1/2020, then heading back east to PA. Garage kept in PA
