Excellent condition (shows almost as new) 36FK Super C with only 11,000 miles on this front kitchen model. Upgraded larger TVs throughout (4 in total, including an outside unit with stereo/DVD). Recent full service including oil changes and all appliances serviced at RV dealer. Tyron bands on tires for safety. Coach is stored under covered storage at all times and connected to power to maintain the batteries. Very low hours on diesel generator and engine. Coach tows toys or vehicles extremely well with the diesel Cummins engine and is rated for 10,000lbs. Dual AC units keep the coach cool with ease and electric fireplace has heating function. Full size fridge includes freezer with ice maker. Convection microwave makes cooking easy.

Coach was owned by non-smokers and cleaned top to bottom each time it was used. Outside was waxed regualrly and all seals are solid. No leaks and slides work as new. BigFoot levelers work great and are automatic when needed. All awnings are in great shape as well and are powered to make deployment easy.
